To maximize exposure and capture the attention of potential buyers, we created narrative-driven short film for Coleen Sanders Niwot listing, Haystack House. Inspired by the Open Spaces style of storytelling, we crafted a short, heartfelt film that highlight the property in a way that

allows audiences and prospective buyers to connect with the land and imagine the meaningful life this home could hold in their own lives.

Originally designed by solar architect Richard Crowther, this estate includes 360° views, a stocked one-acre pond, a custom Morton barn, vineyard, and regenerative gardens. The shoot consisted of a sit-down interview with the homeowner, b-roll shots of the property and the homeowner interacting with the site.
